Has anyone had long term success with acupuncture for severe foot pain?
I have severe foot pain, could be arthritis, but nothing has helped. Tried anti inflammatories, pain killers, soaking feet, massaging feet, orthodics, Good Feet Store, xrays, tested for many things and nothing. So much pain that I can't walk with my friends, go to the gym, or do anything. I am thinking of trying acupuncture, but it is expensive and if it works, do I have to do it forever. Will I be able to tell if it's going to work after the first treatment?

Hi everyone. I'm looking for explanation about " Pak Kuo" I don't know if it spells correctly in Roman alphabets or the eight regions of eye in Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM .I've tried to search online but most websites I've encountered are all written in Mandarin simplified Han. Although I'd also love to know the pinyin characters, I'm actually hoping to read in English since I don't speak Mandarin unfortunately. So I was wondering if anyone here can recommend me some websites in English that completely details the whole area of eye acupuncture in TCM, mainly the description of " Pak Kuo" ,Thank you in advance.

I was in a car crash a few weeks ago bee to see a physio and she said she highly recommends acupuncture, has anyone tried this?? Is it painful? And are the results good?? THanks....
Does Acupuncture Hurt?
I'm a huge baby when it comes to needles. I absolutely dread getting blood drawn or shots or IVs. A while ago I was in the hospital and it took the nurses many tries getting the needle into my vein for an IV treatment, therefore leaving me forever terrified of needles. I have an acupuncture appointment tomorrow and I'm slightly worried about the pain. I've heard a few opinions about the pain that it either hurts in certain areas on your body or it just has a strange quick tingle to it. Is this true? Please let me know how your experience with acupuncture was and be 100 % truthful Thank you
Im thinking about getting Acupuncture is it any good?
So middle of last year i had a pretty bad car accident, i broke a few things which led me to have a very bad posture for a few months. I have now healed from that but i have some terrible back and neck pain from the way i had to hold my body while i was recovering. And im wondering if anyone thinks acupuncture is the way to go??
